Olga Góralewicz's Generations was inspired by Mayan cultural sculptures, murals, and paintings. Maya didn’t care much for politics, the military, or the economy as much as they cared for religion. They were a polytheistic nation, meaning that they believed in many gods to help them with their everyday lives. And that is exactly why Olga feels their way of expression is so nurturing and close to my heart.
