Returns Warranty Help

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return unused frames in their original packaging for a full product refund within 30 days of purchase.  To initiate a return, please call 877-609-1920 or email sales@wexelart.com. You'll get a SmartShip label to return your order via USPS or UPS. You can even request pick up! A variable return-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, based on the size of your items.

Your account will be credited after we inspect your returned items. If the item appears used or is unable to be resold in its original box a 15% restocking fee may apply. Custom frames and clearance items may not be returned for any reason.

If you suspect an item was damaged during shipping - KEEP ALL packaging and call us immediately. UPS claims need to be filed and a UPS driver will need to inspect the package to verify damage.  After this is done, we can start the process of getting replacements to you as quickly as possible.

MAGNET SAFETY: PLEASE READ!

Our impressively strong magnets are useful, fun and very strong tools. They are not toys! Wexel Art neither assumes nor accepts any liability for damages resulting from the handling or use of magnets. Please read the following information regarding magnet safety.

1. Children should not be allowed to handle rare earth magnets. They are meant for adults and tend to be too strong for little ones to use anyway. Small magnets pose a choking hazard. They should NEVER be ingested, which can lead to serious injury.

2. The nickel and resin coating the magnets is strong, but the interior of magnets is brittle; they can be broken and may splinter. If your magnets should chip, carefully discard the pieces and contact us for a free replacement. This is covered by the warranty.

3. Keep away from magnetically sensitive items! The strong magnetic fields of rare earth magnets can negate electronic and magnetic items such as credit cards, computers, data carriers, pacemakers and mechanical watches. Small magnets should stay at least 6 inches away from these types of items.
