The screw holes should be centered mid-point on the thickness of the wooden strainer. This would place them approximately 1/2” above the edge of plexi. Mine were a bit close to the edge, 1/4” above the edge. That said you make a nice product and it worked very well for me. Thank you.

I ordered a custom-made acrylic box with canvas backing. The canvas was the wrong size twice!
Hi Mary, we're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. To resolve the issue, we issued a full refund for the canvas, refunded the shipping, applied an additional 20% courtesy refund, and sent a replacement canvas at no charge. We stand by our resolution and feel we addressed this fairly. Wishing you the best in your work ahead.

My project isn’t completed so I can’t share a photo but wanted to review the custom shadow box lid. It’s great working with a company that provides high quality custom products to precise specifications and also provides excellent customer service. I couldn’t be happier. I have now ordered 3 custom plexiglass shadow box lids from Wexel Art and have been very happy. The frames have been well made, well packaged, and have arrived when promised. The shadow box frames are the perfect solution for my large scale, 3D pieces and complement the work without overwhelming it.
