Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return unused frames in their original packaging for a full product refund within 30 days of purchase. We offer FREE RETURNS, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. Clearance and custom items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please call 877-609-1920, email info@wexelart.com, or self-initiated return. We'll send you a label to return your order via USPS. We can even request pick-up on your behalf (where available). Your account will be credited after we inspect your returned items. If the item appears used or is unable to be resold in its original box a 15% restocking fee may apply. Clearance Items are non-returnable.
Custom Frames
Custom frames, made just for you, may not be returned for any reason other than defect or damage in shipping. We will strive to repair or replace the items if possible.
Damaged Shipment
If you suspect an item was damaged during shipping, KEEP ALL of the original packaging and call us immediately. Carriers need to be notified within 24 hours. Claims need to be filed and a delivery driver will need to inspect the package to verify damage. After this is done, we can start the process of getting replacements to you as quickly as possible. We are not able to help you replace an item if the shipping company is not able to inspect the package.
Limited Warranty
Wexel Art offers a 12-month limited warranty on all components. This covers hardware, magnets, and acrylic against defects and damage during normal recommended use. This does not cover scratches or surface abrasion on the acrylic. If you suspect a defect in any component, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wexelart.com or 877-609-1920. We are happy to advise and assist you, Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm CST.
