Shop Wexel ArtWhat's happening
Someone has been using the Wexel Art name to list products we don't make, including tires, on Google Shopping and on copycat websites. Those listings aren't ours, and any purchase made through them didn't come to us.
We've reported this to Google and the appropriate authorities, and we're working to get every listing removed.
If you bought something through one of those listings
We're sorry this happened to you. Here's what to do:
- Call your bank or card company. Tell them it was a fraudulent purchase and ask them to dispute the charge. It's also a good idea to ask for a new card.
- Report it at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
- Let us know at info@wexelart.com or (877) 609-1920. If you can, include the website address where you made the purchase and the name on your card statement. That helps us get those sites taken down faster.
Because these payments never reached Wexel Art, we can't issue refunds for them, but we're glad to help however we can.
