The Wexel Art Luxe Soccer Ball Display Case treats it the way a gallery would treat a sculpture. A single crystal-clear acrylic cube rests on a luxe 1½″ slab of clear acrylic, machined rather than molded, polished on all four edges. Inside, the ball seats on a low recessed collar that holds it a few millimeters off the base and keeps the signature facing exactly where you set it. • 98% UV-blocking acrylic. Marker ink on a synthetic-laminate panel ball is one of the least stable things a collector can own. Conservation-grade UV filtering slows the fade that turns a bold signature into a ghost of one — and keeps white panels from yellowing and the graphics from washing out on a sunlit shelf.
• A luxe 1½″ thick acrylic base. An inch and a half of optically clear acrylic under a full-size match ball gives the piece real heft and a bright, water-clear edge line. It does not slide, tip, or read as packaging.
• A recessed seating collar, not a wire ring. The ball rests in a low clear collar machined into the base, holding it just above the surface. Rotate the ball to put the signature or the crest forward, then leave it — the collar keeps it there.
