We offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, UK, and parts of Europe. If we ship to your country, the available shipping methods will show up in your cart. Wexel Art does not charge or collect duties, meaning you will be responsible for paying duties upon receipt of goods.



Please make sure all of your shipping info is correct before completing your order as we cannot guarantee we will be able to make address changes once your order has been placed.



The deadline for overnight shipping is 1pm Monday through Thursday. The soonest overnight orders can ship if placed after 1pm on Thursday will be Monday.


We would like to inform you that all international freight shipments originating from the United States require a licensed customs broker to facilitate the import process in your destination country.
The broker is responsible for handling customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any required documentation to ensure your order arrives smoothly and without delay. If you do not already have a broker, we recommend securing one as soon as possible.

Returns

You may return unused frames in their original packaging for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return:

  1. Call 877-609-1920 or email info@wexelart.com
  2. You'll receive a return label via USPS or UPS to return the item(s)

Return Policy:

  • We offer free returns, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be refunded to your original payment method upon return inspection.  If the item appears used or can't be returned to inventory, a fee of up to 15% may be deducted.
  • Custom frames and clearance items may not be returned and are non-refundable.
  • If you suspect an item was damaged during shipping, we will make it right ASAP. Keep all packaging, photograph the damage and the box, and contact us immediately. Claims need to be filed with the carrier and they may need to inspect or return the package to verify damage. After this is done, we can begin getting replacements to you as quickly as possible.

Lifetime Warranty

We offer a lifetime guarantee on Wexel Art Frame product components. This warranty covers workmanship and materials against defects during normal, non-modified, recommended use, for the life of the product. Abuse, modifications, normal wear and tear or cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches or surface abrasion, are not covered. During this time we will repair or replace a part at our discretion. Lost parts are not covered. Magnets are hand embellished and may show slight variations. This is normal. If you suspect a defect in any component, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wexelart.com or 877-609-1920. We are happy to advise and assist you, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm CST.

Samuel Ryde

Samuel Ryde is a London-based photographer with a passion for noticing the un-noticed objects and architecture of everyday human life. Through his lens, remarkable characters emerge from unremarkable spaces: Hand dryers in washrooms, telephone boxes on street corners, derelict buildings daubed with old signs and new graffiti - all of them tell accidental stories and remnants of moments shared by other people in another place and time.

Samuel's debut book 'Hand Dryers', with a foreword by Sir James Dyson, was published by Unicorn in 2020. This book was the first of its type documenting but repressing the industrial object we're all familiar with and asking the viewer to take a fresh look at the world it is in and the way we treat the anonymity of a bathroom. This release enjoyed features in The New York Times, The Guardian, The New York Magazine plus others.

Samuel's continuation of his other long-term project, 12:34 pm, in which he has documented the time 12:34 pm every day since 2012 was recently watched by over a million people on the BBC. This project attempts to capture the mundane moments of life to gather the true honesty of how we live your life average. If you could look at your life from a distance what colour would it be? Would it look the way you imagined?.
