PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Frame your favorite team jersey in a UV-protected 24x36" or 36x36" acrylic shadowbox with a linen canvas. Shadowbox is 3" deep and comes with pre-drilled holes and screws to attach!

Includes:

5-sided 3" acrylic shadowbox lid (3/16" thick) with polished edges and pre-drilled holes.
4 screws and 2 D-Rings (d-rings are not attached, so you're able to hang your frame vertically or horizontally).
2 packs of magnets (8 pairs).
1" thick canvas pre-fit with high-quality raw linen, primed with clear gesso.
DOES NOT include hanging wire.
Lifetime warranty

Jersey must be 22x33" or smaller to fit comfortably in the 24x36" size or 34x34" or smaller to fit comfortably in the 36x36" size.

Due to the raw nature of the canvas, color may vary slightly.

Clean acrylic with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth, or dish soap and water when needed. Do not use glass cleaners or spirits, which can dull the surface.

Shipping

We offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, UK, and parts of Europe. If we ship to your country, the available shipping methods will show up in your cart. Wexel Art does not charge or collect duties, meaning you will be responsible for paying duties upon receipt of goods.

Please make sure all of your shipping info is correct before completing your order as we cannot guarantee we will be able to make address changes once your order has been placed.

The deadline for overnight shipping is 1pm Monday through Thursday. The soonest overnight orders can ship if placed after 1pm on Thursday will be Monday.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return unused frames in their original packaging for a refund within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please call 877-609-1920 or email info@wexelart.com. You'll get a label to return your order via USPS or UPS. A variable return-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, based on the size of your items. Your original method of payment will be refunded after we inspect your return. If the item appears used or can't be returned to inventory, a fee up to 15% may be deducted. Custom frames and clearance items may not be returned and are non-refundable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you suspect an item was damaged during shipping - We will make it right ASAP! KEEP ALL packaging. Photograph the damage and the box, and contact us immediately (877-609-1920 x3 or info@wexelart.com). Claims need to be filed with the carrier and they may need to inspect or return the package to verify damage. After this is done, we can start the process of getting replacements to you as quickly as possible.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

We offer a lifetime guarantee on Wexel Art Frame product components - for the life of the product. This warranty covers workmanship and materials against defects during normal, non-modified, recommended use, for the life of the product. Abuse, modifications, normal wear and tear or cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches or surface abrasion are not covered. During this time we will repair or replace a part at our discretion. Lost parts are not covered. Magnets are hand embellished and may show slight variations. This is normal. If you suspect a defect in any component, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wexelart.com or 877-609-1920. We are happy to advise and assist you, Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm CST.
