The commercial world morphed to residential when Amy soon realized her fervor was behind the canvas. Shipping
We ship to Canada, Mexico, the UK, and Europe. We do not charge or collect duties, meaning you will be responsible for paying duties upon receipt of goods. Please ensure your shipping info is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make address changes once your order has been placed. The deadline for overnight shipping is 1pm CST Monday-Thursday. The soonest overnight orders can ship if placed after 1pm CST on Thursday will be Monday.
Returns
You may return unused frames in their original packaging for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return:
- Call 877-609-1920 or email info@wexelart.com
- You'll receive a return label via USPS or UPS to return the item(s)
Return Policy:
- We offer free returns, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be refunded to your original payment method upon return inspection. If the item appears used or can't be returned to inventory, a fee of up to 15% may be deducted.
- Custom frames and clearance items may not be returned and are non-refundable.
- If you suspect an item was damaged during shipping, we will make it right ASAP. Keep all packaging, photograph the damage and the box, and contact us immediately. Claims need to be filed with the carrier and they may need to inspect or return the package to verify damage. After this is done, we can begin getting replacements to you as quickly as possible.
Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime guarantee on Wexel Art Frame product components. This warranty covers workmanship and materials against defects during normal, non-modified, recommended use, for the life of the product. Abuse, modifications, normal wear and tear or cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches or surface abrasion, are not covered. During this time we will repair or replace a part at our discretion. Lost parts are not covered. Magnets are hand embellished and may show slight variations. This is normal. If you suspect a defect in any component, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wexelart.com or 877-609-1920. We are happy to advise and assist you, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm CST.
