Shipping policy

We offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, UK, and parts of Europe. 

Please ensure all of your shipping information is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make address changes once your order has been placed.

The deadline for overnight shipping is 1pm Monday through Thursday. If your order is placed after 1pm on Thursday, the soonest it can ship overnight is Monday.

Customs Duties

Wexel Art does not charge or collect duties, meaning you will be responsible for paying duties upon receipt of goods.We would like to inform you that all international freight shipments originating from the United States require a licensed customs broker to facilitate the import process in your destination country. The broker is responsible for handling customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any required documentation to ensure your order arrives smoothly and without delay. If you do not already have a broker, we recommend securing one as soon as possible.
