We offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, UK, and parts of Europe. If we ship to your country, the available shipping methods will show up in your cart. Wexel Art does not charge or collect duties, meaning you will be responsible for paying duties upon receipt of goods.



Please make sure all of your shipping info is correct before completing your order as we cannot guarantee we will be able to make address changes once your order has been placed.



The deadline for overnight shipping is 1pm Monday through Thursday. The soonest overnight orders can ship if placed after 1pm on Thursday will be Monday.


We would like to inform you that all international freight shipments originating from the United States require a licensed customs broker to facilitate the import process in your destination country.
The broker is responsible for handling customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any required documentation to ensure your order arrives smoothly and without delay. If you do not already have a broker, we recommend securing one as soon as possible.

Returns

You may return unused frames in their original packaging for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return:

  1. Call 877-609-1920 or email info@wexelart.com
  2. You'll receive a return label via USPS or UPS to return the item(s)

Return Policy:

  • We offer free returns, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be refunded to your original payment method upon return inspection.  If the item appears used or can't be returned to inventory, a fee of up to 15% may be deducted.
  • Custom frames and clearance items may not be returned and are non-refundable.
  • If you suspect an item was damaged during shipping, we will make it right ASAP. Keep all packaging, photograph the damage and the box, and contact us immediately. Claims need to be filed with the carrier and they may need to inspect or return the package to verify damage. After this is done, we can begin getting replacements to you as quickly as possible.

Lifetime Warranty

We offer a lifetime guarantee on Wexel Art Frame product components. This warranty covers workmanship and materials against defects during normal, non-modified, recommended use, for the life of the product. Abuse, modifications, normal wear and tear or cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches or surface abrasion, are not covered. During this time we will repair or replace a part at our discretion. Lost parts are not covered. Magnets are hand embellished and may show slight variations. This is normal. If you suspect a defect in any component, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wexelart.com or 877-609-1920. We are happy to advise and assist you, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm CST.

About the Art

Jenny Grumbles' Love explores the different possibilities of color when overlapping solid and translucent acrylic colors. The bold brush strokes and acrylic drips create abstract shapes that could look like flowers to the human eye.

Jenny Grumbles

Equal parts Californian and Texan, Jenny Grumbles realized her passion for painting at age 14. Jenny’s work has an emphasis on color and light, as does her lifestyle. What draws her to the canvas is capturing the way light hits her subject. Fueled by caffeine and loud music, she paints an over-booked calendar of commissioned work seeking to bring joy to her client’s homes by capturing their memories or helping them create new ones.

With a degree from Southern Methodist University, some guidance from mentor Anne Irwin of Anne Irwin Fine Art, and a few years of sobriety, she was able to found the J.Grumbles Studio in California. She began selling her art in galleries and shops from California to Georgia.

Shortly after, she opened a vintage home-decor business, Uptown Country Home, where she was the proprietor of her own retail store for 10 years. Jenny’s success in retail sales of art and refurbished furniture landed her a leading role (as herself) on 56 episodes of A&E’s hit series, Storage Wars Texas. Jenny is also passionate about political causes and social issues which are highlighted in some of her work.

After giving birth to her son in 2014, she closed her retail store to zero in on being a mom and making art. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with her son, Thompson.
