Austin Record Convention Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Austin Record Convention Frame Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Wexel Art, 8637 Mountain Crest, Unit C, Austin, TX 78735 ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Austin Record Convention or its organizers.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 and ends on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

Complete the entry form at wexelart.com/pages/austin-record-convention-2026 or at the top of this page with your first name, last name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries will be counted as one entry. Providing a mobile number is optional and does not affect your chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Wexel Art record or CD frame of the winner's choice from the following list, in an available finish:

• Record Album Frame (MSRP $139.99)
• Record Reveal Acrylic Wall Frame (MSRP $164.99)
• CD Wall Frame (MSRP $99.99)
• Tabletop CD Frame (MSRP $69.99)

Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize: up to $164.99, depending on the frame chosen. The prize includes free shipping to an address in the United States. Records, CDs and artwork are not included. The prize excludes the Set of 9 Record Frames Gallery Wall, the Record Reveal Frame with Record, case packs and custom orders. No cash or other substitution, and the prize may not be transferred, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed frame is unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Wednesday, November 4, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and, if a mobile number was provided, by text message. The winner must reply within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize and choose a frame. If a winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Privacy

Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to run the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Wexel Art; you can unsubscribe at any time. You will only receive marketing text messages if you check the optional SMS consent box.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems or other factors impair its integrity. By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
